The position allows growth, either towards COO or deeper into teamlidership.
Job description:
- Project management – covering the project delivery by team coordination
- Communication with client, acceptance of requests, validation of outputs with the client
- Capacity planning at the level of prioritization of tasks
- Supervision of performance
- Account management of assigned clients focused on current developments
- Possible communication with Account Management for potential new solutions and when defining a roadmap for solutions
- Potential expansion of the job description on a broader teamlidership (alignment with the vision, emphasis on the innovation of solutions, …)
- Potential expansion of the job description to Chief Operating Officer level (full project portfolio control, recruitment)
Key personality traits for achieving desired results:
- Great communication skills proactive and positive approach to troubleshooting
- Willingness and ability to look for solutions
- Ability to react quickly and take the necessary steps to solve problems and requirements
- Enthusiastic about Data Analytics
Professional requirements:
- Work experience with project management ideally from the field of implementation of modern software technologies
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodology
- Experience with consulting, knowledge of a particular sector / functional area is an advantage
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Managerial Information Systems, Business Analysis, Process Analysis or Controlling is an dvantage
- English – advanced level – spoken and written
- Education in the following fields – economy, management, technology
Place of work:
- Bratislava; it is possible that the employee will have to travel across Slovakia as well as abroad
Remuneration:
- Senior position, min. 2,000€ brutto + variable component (quarterly and annual bonuses)
