All of our sessions are customer success stories featuring the data analytics solutions that we have provided to our customers using Qlik and Inphinity. Our customer superstars presenting at the conference are;
Tatra banka, a forward-thinking bank in Slovakia will showcase their IT Risk Management solution; Dawn Meats, an Irish producer and distributor of meat products will demonstrate their rolling forecast predictions, workflow improvements, and how they made the transition from QlikView to QlikSense and Model Group, an international leader in packaging solutions, will discuss the journey an enterprise company undertakes on the road to Qlik SaaS.
Model Group Breakout Session
Want to know more about a Qlik SaaS enterprise deployment? Then this is the session for you… European packaging giant, Model Group, will share its story about their decision-making journey. Why they chose Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS over other cloud technologies, and how it fits into their new data strategy and architecture.

- Why did Model Group choose Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS over PowerBI or Tableau?
- Model Group has purchased 600 licenses and SAP Connector in SaaS, along with 50 Qlik Continuous Classroom licenses. Since Qlik Sense provides powerful and reliable connection to SAP R3, it could be used to extract data from SAP and store it to QVDs. Also, Qlik Sense can export data to .csv files on AWS S3, which is then loaded to Snowflake. On top of that, Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS’ automation capabilities are used to sync some data with Salesforce
- How does Model Group leverage the capabilities of QSE SaaS in an enterprise environment?
- How does Inphinity Suite (including its write-back extension) improve data quality and consistency in Model Group?
- Inphinity is used to assess data quality and consistency, since Qlik Sense loads data from 4 separate SAP systems scattered across Europe (geographically, and network-wise). If the data needs to change, it is easily done with Inphinity Suite. This is a final manual (i.e. done by human) check before pushing data to Snowflake.
- How does Inphinity Suite (including its write-back extension) improve data quality and consistency in Model Group?
- What is their data strategy for the future, including the role that Qlik will have (including Qlik Data —Integration) //note: by March 2022 it’s likely that Model Group will purchase also QDI for DW automation
