Model Obaly faced a fragmented SAP environment across its plants without a centralized data foundation. Existing SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects tools no longer met growing demands for analytics, flexibility and faster decision-making. Data was difficult to access and analyze consistently across plants, while reporting relied on thousands of static reports with limited analytical value. The company needed a more flexible approach that would improve access to data, support independent analytics and create room for growth without unnecessary investment in infrastructure.

EMARK helped Model Obaly create a unified environment for analytics and data management across its production plants. Data from SAP ERP is connected directly to the analytical environment, giving users centralized access to data and more flexible reporting. The approach also reduced dependence on the traditional SAP BI layer and allowed the company to gradually expand the solution without building a separate data department.
