To better understand our customers’ needs, we developed our own application in Qlik. It allows us to track transactional data from each store by hour and even break it down by individual categories. At the end of the day, we have data that shows us whether customer behavior is changing or not. We also know which categories are important for specific customer groups, such as people aged 65 and older. This gives us better insight into how they think. We are now able to serve this customer group even better than before.
